【Category 1】 For Master Course Students (October 2025 enrollee)

Announcement of Application: Thursday, November 27, 2025

• For GSFS students: Notice will be on the WINGS-PES website and sent via GSFS mailing system.
• For Other Graduate School Students: Notice will be sent by the person in charge of each graduate school.

Application Guidance:

• Tuesday, December 2, 2025, 12:15-12:55 p.m. (JST)
• Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 12:15-12:55 p.m. (JST)

Application Period: Wednesday, January 28, 2026 to Wednesday, February 4, 2026 (no later than 12:00 noon sharp) (JST)

　Guidelines & Required Documents

Interview Test: Friday, February 13, 2026

Interview Test will be conducted to those who have passed the document screening.

Time of Adoption: April 2026

【Category 2】 For UTSIP Kashiwa Students

Application Period:

• Schedule A applicants: June 5 to June 11, 2025 at 23:00 (JST)
• Schedule B applicants: November 11 to November 17, 2025 at 23:00 (JST)

　Guideline & Required Documents

*Those who want to apply for WINGS-PES Category 2 need to apply for admission to the GSFS master course at the same time.

Time of Adoption: Depends on the time of admission to the GSFS master course
